Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival at Cochin Airport And Proceed to Munnar. Check in to hotel…….

Welcome to Kerala. Arrive at Cochin airport and transfer to Munnar for your stay. Rest of day is at leisure. Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 2 Munnar -Sightseeing

Today proceed for full day Munnar Sightseeing, visit Mattuppetty dam, Echo Point, Gundala Lake, Photo Point, Cinema Shooting Point, Jungle Honey Bee Nest and Eravikulam national park (If time permits). Overnight stay in Munnar. Munnar: Is one of the most sought after hill stations in Southern India. It’s beautiful Mountain slopes and sprawling tea estates have given it the Name of “Tea garden” of Kerala. Mattupetty Dam: The Mattupetty lake and dam is a very beautiful picnic spot. The sprawling Kundala tea plantations and the Kundala lake are other attractions in the vicinity. Echo Point is a popular adventure tourism destination. Trekking and nature walks are popular activities in this scenic destination with beautiful views of the green hills. The fresh mountain air, the mist-clad hills and panoramic view makes it worthy of a visit. Eravikulam National Park is a sanctuary set up for the preservation of the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. The main inhabitant of the park is Nilgiri Tahr. Now the park has the largest known population of Tahr's existing in the world. The park exhibits the breathtaking natural splendor of rolling grasslands and exotic flowers. Anamudi (2,695 m), the highest peak south of Himalayas, towers over the sanctuary in majestic pride.

Day 3 Proceed to Thekkady…. check-in to Hotel…

Visit Periyar wildlife sanctuary and view the wildlife from the convenience of your boat while cruising in Periyar lake (Pray that you get to see them in their own world enjoying the freedom) The splendid artificial lake formed by the Mullaperiyar Dam across the Periyar adds to the charm of the park. This is the only sanctuary in India where you can have the unique experience of viewing wildlife at close quarters from the safety of a boat on the lake. The greatest attraction of Periyar, however, is the herds of wild elephants that come down to play in the lake. You can go on a boat safari in Lake Periyar, a great way to make a quick, comfortable tour of the vast reserve and sanctuary. Night stay at Thekkady

Day 4 Proceed to Alappuzha

check-in to Deluxe houseboat Alappuzha or Alleppey also referred to as “Venice of the east” is situated on the confluence of Vembanad Lake, Kerala’s biggest backwaters, and the Arabian Sea, offering a setting like nowhere else in the world. Its beauty is not merely in its backwaters, but in the man-made islands that you will find amidst the waters. These islands are hedged by mud walls, a haven for migratory birds, with paddy fields inundated with water through the year. These islands are special as they lie below the sea level and are found only here… Cruise along slowly in these intricate networks of canals (Kayals) passing through villages and paddy fields. Enjoy the cruise in Vembanad Lake, the serene backwaters of Kerala….. check-in to the meandering canals and swinging coconut palms…..witness the paddy fields of Kuttanad, perhaps the only place in the world where cultivation is done at 2mts below sea-level……an experience to cherish for life……..Also enjoy freshly cooked Kerala cuisine in the boat…. Night stay in Houseboat …

Day 5 Check out and proceed for Departure

As all good things have to come to an end, this tour also comes to an end………leaving behind sweet memories of your visit for us……and life’s most memorable moments for you to take back

• Any meals other than those mentioned above.
• Any Airfare / Train fare.
• Any transportation which is not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Entrance fees to Amusement parks & Boating charges.
• Any portage at airports and hotels, tips, insurance, wine, mineral water, telephone charges, and all items of personal nature.
• Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions. 
• Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, and vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
• GST extra @ 5% of the total bill amount.

• 25% hike in package price from 15th December to 15th January
• Houseboat check in at 12 PM and check out next day 9AM 
• If mentioned hotels not available at the time of reservation, similar hotels will be provided with your consent
• Prices are based on a minimum of 2 adults travelling together
• Prices are based on Standard Rooms.
• Surcharge is applicable for a passenger travelling alone.
• 'Child Rate' applies to children, between the ages of 5 to 12 years.
• Houseboat day cruise starts at 11 am and finished at 5 pm with Breakfast Lunch and snacks
